Can I change the shipping address or cancel after an order is placed?
Should you wish to change the shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us by clicking here. Please ensure to do so as soon as possible and include detail information such as the order number and change required.
If your order has already been processed for dispatch, the change of shipping address or cancellation will not be possible.
What if it is too late to cancel my order?
If it is too late to process the cancellation, we will be able to offer a refund on return of the item(s), as long as the following conditions are met:
- The returned item(s) are sealed and in brand new condition
- Proof of purchase is supplied(eg. invoice or order number)
- Any return postage and initial postage costs are covered by the buyer.
As soon as we receive the item(s), the refund process will be initialled.
Return to Sender
If an order is returned to BoardGameSupply due to an error on the customer’s part (e.g. Failure to collect the item(s), Incorrect or incomplete shipping address) the following fees will apply in the following situations:
- A refund is requested on the returned order, or a customer fails to respond to a notification of a failed delivery. In this instance, BoardGameSupply will refund the cost of the order unless:
- The shipping fees already paid by the customer
- The return domestic shipping fee of $10, and
- A 5% restocking fee.
- The order is requested to be resent. In this instance, BoardGaemSupply will be able to reship the order provided that the customer pays the following additional fees:
- An additional shipping fee is paid (Standard $10 normal shipping or express shipping to be calculated by order weight), and
- A standard $10 handling and processing fee.
